TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products on this web site. We supply all goods at the request of our customers if they are ordered in compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
RETURNS/REFUND POLICY
At this time we can only accept returns or issue refunds for defective merchandise or incorrect order received. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you ordered the wrong item, please contact us ASAP and we will attempt our best effort to modify your order.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be returned unused and unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return please ship the item(s) to the following address (please note, you will be responsible for all postage):

We require that you include a receipt/order confirmation or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. No order modifications, cancellations, exchanges or returns on sale or discounted items, seasonal holiday items or items marked final sale.
Shipping/Delivery issues
Please verify you have entered your correct address prior to submitting your order. We will not be held responsible for items that are undeliverable, lost, stolen or damaged during transit. If your package is re-shipped, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
International Customers
UPDATE: International shipping has been discontinued. Please check your local customs guidelines. We are not responsible for any customs/tariff charges that might be applied to your order.
